Can I withdraw money from Rummytime to my bank account?

Absolutely! Your money is absolutely safe with us. You can enter your bank account and IFSC and withdraw the funds into your account for FREE. All withdrawals are processed via IMPS. You can withdraw anytime, once per day, on all 365 days in a year, including bank holidays.

My deposit attempt failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account?

If the amount has been debited from your bank account and the transaction has failed, the bank will refund it within 7-10 working days. Be assured that your money is safe and will be refunded to you within time.

My withdrawal is delayed?

If your withdrawal takes more than 6 hours to process, it would be due to some issue with your respective bank. For example, some cooperative banks generally take more time to process. In these cases, the banks ask us to wait for 72 hours before they can give us a definite answer. Be assured we will proactively reach out to the banks for resolution in these cases.

My withdrawal has failed?

1st reason is IFSC code or account details are incorrect so please make sure you enter the right IFSC, bank account number and Account Name.

The other most common reason for failure is unavailability of banks to process the withdrawal. Generally this is very temporary for a maximum of 30-60 mins for your bank, but it can happen any day anytime so we can’t really predict this. Do not worry, if you retry the withdrawal will get process.

Other less common reason is your bank account might be suspended or closed, or you could have reached maximum monthly limits etc.

How does the Bonus work?

Every time you play a cash game at Rummytime, upto 10% of the entry fee will be added from bonus cash to your account balance at the end of the game. For example – If you have Rs. 10 bonus and you play a Deals rummy game of Rs. 20, then 10% of Rs. 20, i.e. Rs. 2 bonus cash be added from bonus cash to balance, once the game is completed irrespective of you winning or losing. Please note if there are multiple bonuses pending, they would be released subsequently.

Are there any tournaments to play in Rummytime?

Can I play in Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka or Odisha?

Rummy Players playing real cash games online from Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Odisha State are prohibited to play cash games. The state government has passed an Ordinance amending the Gaming Act 1974 banning online Rummy in these states.
